About The Role:
We’re looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships to develop and drive high-impact brand collaborations, selling cross-platform business initiatives, video integrations, native advertising, and branded content to top-tier advertisers. This role requires a high-energy, passionate dealmaker who can think strategically and unconventionally while inspiring partners to see the unparalleled value of working with MrBeast.
You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and brand decision-makers, driving new business opportunities, and securing large-scale strategic partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and drive high-value brand partnerships, selling cross-platform initiatives that include video integrations, branded content, and native advertising
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, brand teams, and top marketing decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships
- Develop and pitch customized sponsorship and integration opportunities that align with the MrBeast brand while driving measurable impact for advertisers
- Collaborate internally across content, marketing, and production teams to ensure brand partnerships align seamlessly with creative and business objectives
- Utilize an entrepreneurial and consultative sales approach, identifying and developing new revenue opportunities that drive incremental business
- Capture the imagination of top-tier marketers by articulating and demonstrating the unique value of the MrBeast brand and audience
- Maintain deep industry knowledge, staying ahead of media trends, custom content opportunities, and the evolving digital advertising landscape
- Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and strengthen relationships
What Makes You A Fit:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, media sales, or branded content sales, with a strong track record of closing high-value deals
- Deep relationships with brands and agencies across multiple verticals, with experience engaging directly with senior marketing decision-makers
- A strategic and consultative sales mindset, with a proven ability to tailor pitches to align with brand goals and deliver measurable results
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of inspiring and persuading in high-stakes meetings
- A strong understanding of the media, entertainment, and content landscape, particularly in digital and creator-driven spaces
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment, balancing multiple deals and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for content, social media, and storytelling, with an instinct for what makes partnerships thrive in the creator economy
