Role: Account Manager (French speaking)

Location: Madrid, Spain

 

About the role:

Working closely with an FMCG client, the Account Manager works hand in hand with the client to manage the day-to-day running of projects, working within specified timeframes and budgets. Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager is part of a team of 15.  

What you will be doing:

  • Understand the importance of brands and working within brand guidelines
  • Coordinate and lead project to deliver advertising campaigns on time
  • Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals and expectations
  • Develop detailed project timing plans, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize project outcomes
  • Facilitate creative brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues swiftly
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and team members  
  • Ensure projects align with both client needs and our strategic vision
  • Support client growth and projects 

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Spanish, French and English are a must
  • Effective Communicator: You’re able to articulate project goals and updates clearly to clients and team members.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: You keep projects on track and ensure no detail is overlooked, from timelines to budgets.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: You anticipate challenges and act quickly to address issues before they become problems.
  • Client-Centric Focus: You prioritize the client's vision and expectations, making sure deliverables meet their needs.
  • Adaptable and Resilient: You remain flexible and poised, even when projects undergo unexpected changes.
