Role: Account Manager (French speaking)
Location: Madrid, Spain
About the role:
Working closely with an FMCG client, the Account Manager works hand in hand with the client to manage the day-to-day running of projects, working within specified timeframes and budgets. Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager is part of a team of 15.
What you will be doing:
- Understand the importance of brands and working within brand guidelines
- Coordinate and lead project to deliver advertising campaigns on time
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals and expectations
- Develop detailed project timing plans, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize project outcomes
- Facilitate creative brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues swiftly
- Foster strong relationships with clients and team members
- Ensure projects align with both client needs and our strategic vision
- Support client growth and projects
What you need to be great in this role:
- Spanish, French and English are a must
- Effective Communicator: You’re able to articulate project goals and updates clearly to clients and team members.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: You keep projects on track and ensure no detail is overlooked, from timelines to budgets.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You anticipate challenges and act quickly to address issues before they become problems.
- Client-Centric Focus: You prioritize the client's vision and expectations, making sure deliverables meet their needs.
- Adaptable and Resilient: You remain flexible and poised, even when projects undergo unexpected changes.
