Role:  Senior Designer 

Location: Tunbridge Wells, England, United Kingdom (3-days a week onsite)

About the role: 

As a Senior Designer, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to crafting visually compelling and impactful designs for a leading Healthcare client. You will be a trusted partner to a large portfolio of client stakeholders, working seamlessly as an extension of the client’s team. You will take initiative and challenge traditional thinking, pushing creative boundaries and delivering best in class work.  

What you will be doing: 

  • Generating strong creative design and applying industry best practice to ensure impact. 
  • Use existing assets and approaches to develop brand styles when necessary. 
  • Influencing and owning look & feel across all products in our client’s brand portfolio. 
  • Owning projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, asset creation and implementation.  
  • Take responsibility for delivering against the team vision of ‘delivering creative excellence’ and to create the best work for our clients, in their world. 
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously and thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Developing an effective working relationship with colleagues and clients.  
  • Managing workloads within agreed timescales. 
  • Monitoring proactively quality, accuracy and consistency. 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Deep affinity with impactful graphics, typography, layout, communication hierarchy and idea generation. 
  • Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and graphic design principles. 
  • Experience working with a mix of content formats from print, digital and social.  
  • A high level of craft and excellent typography skills. 
  • Great communication skills that allow you to sell ideas in an effective way. 
  • Proactive, solutions-focus mindset with sharp brief comprehension. 
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign a must, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD  
  • Print background preferred, with the capability to also create in the digital space.  
  • Keen sense of personal responsibility, for quality control, presentation, and accuracy of all work.  
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Senior Designer working in a marketing/design/advertising role.
