Motion Designer (mid-level)

Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid - 2-3 days from the office)

ROLE MISSION

We are a global advertising agency specialized in building and running dedicated ("in-house") creative teams for our clients!

Join our creative team in Warsaw to create motion content and animations for our client - one of the largest alcoholic beverage companies in the world!

This global leader in wine and spirits is one of the biggest accounts in OLIVER with 12 hubs internationally and more than 100 team members globally. The work produced will be published across a range of media in all the markets serviced by the hub.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Ideate and create stunning digital content using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro and 3D softwares if needed
  • Take design projects from brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client’s brand guidelines
  • Support the Paris-based HQ team with global requests when applicable
  • Answer to the client’s brief and exacting standards whilst positively influencing clients with your creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts
  • Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client’s marketing strategy to deliver high quality results that have an instant, positive impact on members
  • Oversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specifications
  • Work across various brands within the wine and spirits portfolio

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Excellent motion design skill set
  • Proficiency in creating dynamic animations, transitions, and visual effects using software like After Effects, Blender, or Maya
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and composition to create visually appealing motion graphics
  • Ability to work closely with other creatives (such as graphic designers, video editors, and illustrators) to integrate motion elements seamlessly.
  • The ability to use After Effects and associated motion software
  • A passion for 2D motion graphics design and animation, with the ability to animate a variety of styles of techniques
  • Excellent Adobe CS skills with great knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator with the ability to produce bespoke digitally drawn assets from scratch
  • An innate and deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation
  • Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods - Alcoholic Beverages preferred
  • Experience working within a portfolio of brands
  • Fluent in Polish and English
