About the role:

Working in partnership with our client, the Project Director willl support all successful delivery of the client's business, including new initiatives, BAU projects. This person plays a strategic role in helping to define and implement workflows, processes and financial rigour to ensure the success of the business unit.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinating new business and high-value implementations by task managing the key deliverables and actions of each integral Brandtech partner.
  • Support Ops and Delivery Director in establishing and managing all of the processes for the team.
  • Day-to-day role in shaping and progressing the efficiency of assigned Client team proactively identifying and implementing improvements to processes.
  • Create and manage master process/workflow documentation effectively monitoring progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.
  • A passion for defining, implementing, and controlling for quality
  • Maintain and support all the clients Brand guidelines and standards as specified.
  • Manage the flow of team-wide communications, ensuring information is disseminated through discipline teams as appropriate.
  • Overall responsibility for project governance, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard for marketing communication channel
  • Coordinate development and delivery activities among various project participants and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for relationship management, cost, quality, and delivery of third-party vendors.
  • Client delivery liaison, presenting project scopes, cost estimates, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Cooperating with the wider project management team and traffic manager sto ensure resource is planned effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficient understanding of media and technical specifications, with the ability to mentor others in this area.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 3-6 years experience in project/programme management in an agency environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Good understanding of current trends and events in social media and digital marketing.
  • Extremely well organised, with great attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of the importance of prioritising work/shifting priorities as required to meet ever-changing deadlines.
  • Drive efficiency and creative excellence at all times.
  • Proven track record directing a variety of integrated projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure situations and Client-facing environments.
  • Solid experience of overseeing project budget management and scheduling – estimating, timings, costs and change order processing.
