Role: Creative Services Manager

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Creative Services Manager will have a strong background in creativeproject management, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for drivingcreative excellence. The Creative Services Manager is responsible foroverseeing the workflow of the creative team, ensuring the timely delivery ofhigh-quality work, and maintaining effective communication with clients andinternal stakeholders. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

Key Responsibilities include:

Team Leadership 

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary creative team, including an ArtDirector, Senior Copywriter, Brand Copywriter, Motion Designer,Integrated Designer, and Graphic Designer. 
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative team culture. 
  • Conduct regular team meetings to provide guidance, feedback, andsupport.
  • You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues. 

Project Management 

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects frominception to completion. 
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to define project goals,requirements, and deliverables.

Creative Oversight 

  • Review and approve creative work to ensure it meets quality standardsand aligns with client objectives. 
  • Provide constructive feedback and direction to enhance the team'screative output. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices to driveinnovation. 

Resource Management 

  • Allocate resources effectively to balance workloads and maximizeproductivity. 
  • Identify and address any skill gaps or training needs within the team. 
  • Manage out of scope resources as necessary to support project demands. 

Client and Stakeholder Relations 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholdersregarding creative projects. 
  • Maintain clear and open communication about project status, milestones,and any issues that arise. 
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align creative work withbusiness goals. 

Process Improvement 

  • Continuously evaluate and refine the creative process to improve efficiencyand output quality. 
  • Implement best practices and tools for project management and teamcollaboration. 
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within thestudio. 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative management role, preferably within anagency or in-house creative department. 
  • Proven experience leading and managing a multidisciplinary creative team. 
  • Strong project management skills with a successful track record ofdelivering projects on time and within budget. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in creative software and project management tools. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • You can be the change - you prioritise environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability and how that translates into your day-to-day role​.
