Role: Account Manager
Location: Nottingham, England, United Kingdom
About the role:
OLIVER is looking for an Account Manager with strong project management skills to work on-site with one of our valued clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the client to help shape their brand and marketing strategies, ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of projects.
What you will be doing:
- Serve as a key liaison between the client and internal teams, working as a long-term business partner to help drive the development of marketing strategies.
- Manage multiple projects at various stages, keeping on top of details to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Assist in handling potential issues before they become challenges, monitoring resource needs and flagging any concerns as they arise.
- Support financial tracking by ensuring work is billed correctly and on time, and assist with account profitability.
- Monitor KPIs for the account, helping to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the growth of the account by nurturing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Oversee project workflows from interpreting client briefs to managing timelines, and ensure all outputs are thoroughly quality checked, on brand, and meet client requirements.
What you need to be great in this role:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within an agency environment, ideally with localisation industry knowledge.
- Previous experience in handling full project cycles, including cost estimation, detailed planning, and resource management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas to clients and internal teams.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach and strong organizational skills. • Good analytical and numerical capabilities.
- The ability to handle challenging situations calmly and appropriately.
