We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Integrated Media Senior Associate to bring energy, curiosity, and expertise to the management and execution of client media campaigns. In this role, you’ll shape cross-channel media strategies, build strong relationships with media partners, and contribute to delivering superior outcomes for our clients through seamless campaign execution and collaboration with globally recognized brands, vendors, and technology partners.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the execution of programmatic and cross-channel media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and strategies.
- Oversee media operations, including setup, trafficking, optimization, and performance analysis across channels such as video/CTV, display, digital OOH, audio, and native.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with media partners, identifying opportunities for impactful collaborations and negotiating rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (media operations, analytics, account services, creative) to develop and execute cohesive, client-centric campaign strategies.
- Contribute to RFP processes, evaluate proposals, and help design bespoke campaigns tailored to client needs.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights through tools like PMG’s Alli, Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Adobe Analytics.
- Deliver performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients, driving optimization and innovation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring seamless execution and fostering professional growth.
- Manage budgeting responsibilities, including forecasting, pacing, and ad-serving requirements.
- Identify and implement testing opportunities to enhance campaign performance and contribute to forward-thinking media strategies.
What You Will Bring:
- 3+ years in digital media, programmatic advertising, or media partnerships, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in tools like DSPs, ad servers, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel to optimize campaigns and analyze data.
- Familiarity with cross-channel strategies, including video/CTV, display, native, audio, and DOOH.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, planning, and consumer behavior to guide strategic decisions.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
