The Opportunity:

The Email Marketing Manager will serve as a partner to our Campaign Operations team to be the centralized point of contact for all email-related requests at Postman. This role will focus on streamlining the email process, interfacing with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment across various teams. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, organization, and strategy, working across marketing, creative, and technical teams to optimize email performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field and organize incoming email requests from various Postman departments, ensuring the Campaign Operations team has all required assets and information to efficiently build and launch email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, creative teams for email content (written copy and visual assets), and the development team to create landing pages linked to CTAs for email campaigns.
  • Verify audience sizes and validate compliance with internal goals, ensuring alignment with target metrics.
  • Coordinate email send dates, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the management of the marketing calendar, ensuring efficient audience targeting and avoiding overlap in scheduled campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, such as maintaining opt-in user lists and monitoring audience frequency to prevent email fatigue.
  • Conduct QA on email setups, test sends, and ensure a seamless end-user experience across all devices and platforms.
  • Communicate progress, updates, and timelines with stakeholders via internal communication channels.
  • Track and improve campaign performance and deliverability through A/B or multivariate testing.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing marketing or email campaigns within large, cross-functional teams such as integrated campaigns, product, community, and more.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, while effectively prioritizing email requests that align with internal goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with campaigns, operations, content & creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of email best practices and compliance standards.

This is a remote role based on the West Coast. The reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $85,000 - $100,000 & a competitive equity package.
