Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of specific robotic features or subsystems, from concept to implementation.
  • Contribute to the design and integration of AI models, robotic control systems, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and optimize hardware-software integrations.
  • Conduct experiments, evaluate performance metrics, and iterate on robotic solutions for real-world applications.
  • Support the testing and deployment of real-time robotic systems in production environments.
  • Author technical documentation and contribute to code reviews, ensuring high-quality and scalable code.
  • Take ownership of troubleshooting and resolving issues with robotic performance and functionality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in programming languages (Python, C++).
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Basic understanding of robotic systems, sensors, and control algorithms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have and maintain US work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD degree in AI, Robotics, or related field.
  • Experience with computer vision, object recognition, or motion planning.
  • Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) and robotic hardware.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning or imitation learning.
  • Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping or hardware testing.
  • Understanding of safety and compliance standards in robotics.
