■職務内容
PlayStation向けの、ネットワーク技術・システム技術に関するR&Dを行っています。
  • Wi-Fi/モバイルネットワークにおけるゲームストリーミングのための最適化技術
  • 宅内無線通信技術
  • アーキテクチャに応じたシステム最適化技術​
を中心とした研究開発を行います。
リモートワークも併用して行っております。
また、ハッカソンや社内技術発表などの社内のソーシャルイベントに参加する機会も豊富で、ワールドワイドでの活発な交流があります。 
 

■組織・職場紹介
FTG (Future Technology Group) は、"To Transform the experience of Play through bold innovation and technical creativity"をビジョンとする PlayStation の研究開発チームです。
その中で、Game Platform R&D 部では、クラウドと連携したAI / システム・ネットワーク技術を中心とするPlayStation向けの要素技術開発・技術研究を行っており、中長期を視野に入れたシステムアーキテクチャの研究開発をUS他海外部署と連携して行っています。
グローバルな環境で、チャレンジを繰り返し、新たな価値を生み出していく人材を求めています。

■求められるスキル・技術領域
【必須（MUST）】
・アーキテクチャを理解し、ソフトウェアの実装・評価ができること
・チームでのソフトウェア開発経験（年数問わず）, gitを利用した開発 
・マルチスレッドプログラミング
 
上記3点に加えて、以下いずれかのご経験
・カーネル～ミドルウェア領域におけるC/C++プログラミング経験（3年以上）
・ソケット通信技術、Transportレイヤに関する理解

●Linuxシステム技術
・・・Linuxカーネル・ドライバに関する技術
●ネットワーク系技術
・・・Wi-Fi/5G L1～L3 プロトコル解析技術
・・・サーバー側ネットワーク技術
●コンピューティングアーキテクチャ
・・・x86、ARM、RISC-Vなどのコンピュータアーキテクチャの知識 
●その他
・・・OSSへのコントリビューション経験

■語学力
【英語】
・英語のドキュメントや、オープンソースの理解などのための英語理解能力
（英語で記述された技術資料の読解が必要です）

【日本語】
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）
