
MEA/APAC Product & Trade Assistant Intern

- The Product & Trade Assistant will support the execution of Product and Trade Marketing for the wholesale customers.
- This position is a 6-month internship, starting July 2025
- The position is based in Paris
This role will report to the MEA/APAC Trade Marketing Assistant Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage retailer deliverables to guarantee new product launches:
- New product forms
- Logistic data
- Regulatory process
- Pricing set up
- Samples send out
- Maintain assortments and new launch calendars updated, and ensure clear communication across internal (supply, sales operations, planning, regulatory, marketing) and external (warehouse, agencies, retailers) stakeholders.
- Oversee the delivery of product pages and digital assets for new launches.
- Prepare weekly audit of retailers’ websites to track brand visibility, stock level, new launches, SRPs, areas of improvement, competition monitoring.
- Support in tracking sampling/GWP forecasts and consumption
- Provide day-to-day support for the execution of trade activation plans
- Analyze new launch performance and build reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's student in Business and Marketing.
- First experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing, preferably in the beauty industry
- Proficient with data analysis and business KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Capable of working independently and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Positive and enthusiastic mindset.
- Respectful of company values and maintaining a cheerful demeanor.
- Comfortable working a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in our Paris office).
