JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the National Account teams to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen retailer relationships. This role demands exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage both internal and external partnerships, ensuring seamless execution of sales and trade marketing initiatives. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing team within the beauty industry, providing critical support to drive sales and enhance brand presence across multiple channels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support:
  • Act as the primary liaison with retailers for new product launches, allocations, feedback collection, ensuring timely order receipt.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication across internal teams (supply chain, sales operations, planning, marketing, and warehouse) and external retailer partners.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly retail sales reports, identifying trends and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor brand presence and campaign execution across retailer websites and in-store POS; create post-launch performance reports with key learnings and consolidated PCAs.
  • Provide commercial insights and support to the National Account team to achieve Net Sales targets.
  • Lead the planning and execution of retail sales activities, including holiday campaigns and quarterly reviews.
  • Support National Account Managers in the day-to-day management of retailer accounts, offering relationship-building assistance and operational support and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to foster and maintain key partnerships.
  1. Trade Marketing:
  • Collaborate on the development and execution of marketing plans with key retail partners, focusing on product innovation, visual merchandising, trade advertising, and retailer promotions.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for retailers, including product referencing, pricing setup, sample distribution, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of client- and consumer-facing materials (digital assets, copy, translations, education content).
  • Identify sampling opportunities, manage forecasts, and track performance.
  • Consolidate and manage annual trade marketing plans for retailer-specific activations both online and in-store.
  • Prepare materials for Global Meetings, including agenda planning, presentation creation, meeting documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Localize global brand strategies for specific channel activations (retail websites, in-store promotions, social media, influencer partnerships, and education initiatives) and manage asset distribution for timely retailer activation.
  • Lead creative briefs for digital assets and marketing tools, ensuring global alignment with local market relevance.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Placing and managing FOC process for GWP, site and Beauty Box Activations.
  1. Administrative & Cross-Functional Support:
  • Assist the National Account Managers and Head of Sales with data analysis, strategic planning, and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate regular updates for the National Account team, ensuring alignment across marketing, forecasting, and demand planning.
  • Prepare for and follow up on retailer meetings, ensuring timely completion of agreed actions.
  • Support forward planning for forecasting, budgeting, and tracking new product launches.
  • Meticulous attention to detail across data analysis to marketing execution.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or related roles within the beauty or retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate business insights and support forward planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with solid skills in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and offer solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Capable of seeing the big picture while managing day-to-day tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry 
  • Ability to work from the London office 3 days per week
