Producer - Contract - $60-70 per hour

PlayStation Creative Arts is seeking an experienced Producer to support the Creative Studios team in the creation of our best-in-class, integrated marketing campaigns. With your background in Publishing, Marketing, and/or Agency, you will be responsible for the project management of all phases of production, from kickoff through delivery. This role is interdisciplinary and collaborative, partnering with marketers, developers, creatives, producers, agencies, and vendors. 

This contract role is dedicated to our Creative Studios teams, the internal creative powerhouse responsible for branding and major player-facing assets such as brand development, key art, logos, web and digital experiences, store presence, consumer products, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee projects for the internal Creative Studios team from concept to delivery, including driving project meetings, pipelines, and timelines related to the development of creative content.
  • Build effective relationships and facilitate clear communication with Bungie’s publishing team, development teams, external agencies, and SIE partners.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and business acumen in order to bring multiple departments together to resolve misalignments and deliver against business goals.
  • Identify risks and escalate issues to the Senior Producer when appropriate.
  • Iterate on production processes to continuously improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility.
  • Works autonomously with minimal oversight from leadership.
  • Reinforce and embody Creative Studio’s culture and values.


Required Skills

  • Models and fosters an inclusive work environment.
  • Professional experience as a producer either in video game publishing or development.
  • Extensive experience balancing multiple projects with varying deadlines across a variety of teams.
  • Effective communicator who's able to establish productive relationships with internal or external partners and navigate misalignments when they arise.
  • Proven creative problem solver who’s able to stay composed while in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Enthusiasm for and knowledge of the games industry and content landscape.
  • Experience with project management software (like Asana, JIRA, or Wrike) and diverse project management methodologies.
  • Familiar with various multimedia formats and their usage.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with creative asset production, ideally as an artist or designer.
  • Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, and Acrobat
  • Knowledge of Destiny 2 in-game content and out-of-game marketing assets.
  • Familiar with game development pipelines.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
