Position overview
The Global Brand Marketing Manager –Partnerships will play a vital role within the global marketing team at Stanley 1913. This position will support the strategy, planning, and execution of brand collaborations and partnerships across the marketing ecosystem. This role will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Senior Manger – Partnerships and the Director of Partnerships. The main objective will be to drive brand heat and growth through high-impact partnerships with sports, fashion, and entertainment icons, aligning with our global brand strategy, and delivering culturally relevant, outstanding campaigns. What You'll Do
- Strategic Collaboration: Assist in planning, developing, and implementing global marketing strategies for partner collaborations, in alignment with brand goals, market insights, and cultural trends.
- Partnership Management: Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships with global and regional lifestyle talent and brands.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, merchandising, creative, regional marketing, dot com, legal, and commercial teams to ensure seamless product launches and marketing execution.
- Campaign Development: Assist in developing coordinated marketing campaigns (digital, PR, social, retail, experiential) to support collaboration launches across all markets.
- Market Insights & Trend Analysis: Track global lifestyle trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to advise strategy and uncover new opportunities.
- Brand Storytelling: Support the shaping of compelling narratives that reflect the brand’s voice and values by bringing to bear the cultural relevance of collaborators.
- Define critical metrics and lead all aspects of performance tracking, post-launch analysis, and reporting to optimize future collaborations.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage collaboration marketing budgets to ensure profitable return on investment.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in product marketing or brand marketing, ideally at a global lifestyle or consumer brand.
- Deep understanding of lifestyle consumer behavior and trends — fashion, beauty, wellness, or home goods preferred.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns, particularly in collaboration and partnership marketing.
- Proven track record of managing product launches and brand campaigns with global impact.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and brand voice; experience working closely with creative teams is a requirement.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with global markets (North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, or Latin America) and appreciation for cultural nuance.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range
$1 - $1 USD
