What you’ll be doing

The Courier Onboarding team is responsible for turning courier applicants into active partners, ensuring that each step of the onboarding process is seamless, efficient, and aligned with Wolt’s high standards.

As an Operations Associate, you’ll support the daily execution of onboarding workflows and supporting courier partner applicants, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and great communication with couriers and internal teams alike. You’ll work closely with operations colleagues to maintain the quality and consistency of our operations and help thousands of couriers start their journey with Wolt.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Manage courier onboarding tasks such as application review, communication, and documentation checks and reviewing service agreements and related details.
  • Follow established processes and SOPs to ensure each courier moves efficiently through the onboarding funnel.
  • Communicate clearly with courier partners to answer questions and resolve issues during onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding team to flag and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Identify improvements or patterns that can make onboarding smoother or more efficient.
  • Support regional onboarding initiatives and process improvements led by Specialists and Team Leads.

Our humble expectations* 

We’re looking for someone eager to learn, take ownership of their work, and contribute to a smooth and positive onboarding experience for every courier.

  • 0,5–2 years of experience in operations, onboarding, logistics, or customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
  • Great and empathetic written and verbal communication in English (other local languages are a plus).
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets and or CRM systems.
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive in completing daily tasks and raising issues when needed.
  • A positive, collaborative mindset;  you enjoy working in a team and supporting others to achieve shared goals.
