Global VP - Influencer Marketing
About the Role
CREO is an established influencer agency created in the US which Omnicom Media Group is currently scaling to be a global practice. At its core, the business unit delivers data driven influencer planning and activation as an integrated part of our clients’ media plans. We are seeking a proven leader to help globalize Creo and take it to the next level.
The Global VP will apply their entrepreneurial vision to drive success across our offerings, our people, and our profits, and act as a transformation agent working closely with the US President Creo and all markets to create a globally consistent Creo offering.
Responsibilities include:
- Expand Creo practice globally - develop business plan, hiring plan and organization structure
- Hire and lead an industry leading team
- Evangelize and grow offering across OMG clients and beyond
- Develop strong relationships with OMG and Omnicom business and client leaders
- Evolve product offering and value prop
- Ensure operational excellence in creation of processes and training of influencer best practices
- Effectively budget new scopes of work and manage staff utilization to meet P&L targets
- Evangelize CREO’s cause through industry thought leadership, whether through published work or speaking opportunities
- Contribute to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture, where every employee feels a sense of belonging
Ideal Experience:
- Experience operating at senior leadership/executive management role from within the media technology / influencer field
- Ideally experience working within a Network agency with a high aptitude for leading matrix-ed teams
- Proven experience in growing brands and capabilities within influencer marketing
- Multi market or international management experience
- Track record of delivering growth and consistently meeting business goal
- Dexterity to drive innovation and integrate data solutions across offerings
About the Agency:
Omnicom Media Group Europe (OMG EMEA) is the media division of Omnicom Group Inc., headquartered in London with offices in Manchester and Newcastle.
The Global Investment team at OMG EMEA is a dedicated unit to drive value creation and monitor and deliver media buying commitments to our well established and growing client base. It is built around experienced media traders, auditors and analysts whose job is to share and apply investment best practice across our global network and ensure that our clients always receive the best media value and investment guidance.
The team play a vital role quantifying and tracking media buying performance across all Omnicom Media Group markets for global clients. We strive to define new ways of measuring media value to ensure we continue to lead the industry in this area.

Flexible Working
At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
