We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Provide technical support across the company.
- Troubleshoot systems and applications problems, diagnosing and pointing out pieces of evidence of app failures.
- Implement, manage, and maintain IT service management processes and procedures.
- Manage incidents and effectively communicate with stakeholders during incidents.
- Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare and present performance reports and metrics to senior management.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving our computer operations, focusing on incident management and problem-solving.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Support Analyst or similar role in IT.
- Experience in computer operations and incident management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English.
