Reporting directly into the Digital Services Director, the Implementation Specialist will execute across active partner transformations and product deployments. 

The purpose of the role is to ensure communication in BEES is aligned with commercial goals and that the correct digital communication channel is used. The BEES Digital Communications Analyst shall also guarantee adherence to campaign and brand voice/branding rules and ensure voice and copy best practices are used, with strong alignment amongst commercial areas and between Global and Countries

What you'll do:

  • Liaise with cross-functional team to ensure communication is aligned with commercial goals
  • Consult on campaign and campaign calendar creation, by providing best practices on touchpoints frequency, and adequate digital communication channels
  • Understand the objective and audience of campaigns
  • Guarantee that local Digital Comms Pillar Owners align content with Creative Team
  • Ensure Local teams are knowledgeable to operate the communication in Braze and can provide insights on the results’ root causes of campaigns
  • Know best practices around campaigns and communication
  • Ensure teams keep a content catalogue
  • Understand briefs provided by Campaign Teams
  • Oversee developed visual assets are consistent with Campaign Team expectations and Global best practices
  • Provide guidance on tagging governance and ensure campaigns are properly categorized
  • Support the Digital Communication Team with campaign insights based on previous experiences and best practices from other markets
  • Ensure visibility of results in correct dashboards (Amplitude or Mixpanel)
  • Ensure Customer Service execution teams load high-quality product images, provide product details, and organize products into relevant browsing categories for POCs to shop.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in creative, marketing/sales or digital roles
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Highly user experience-oriented mindset
  • Digital native, Curious, Up to date on trends (AI, technology)
  • Excellent communication skills to align with global stakeholders and convey local strategies effectively
  • Highly results focused
  • Team player and collaborative mindset to work closely with various teams
  • Lives the company’s values
  • Ability to work independently and learn fast
  • Braze and Mixpanel experience would be an advantage or any other Customer Engagement platform to create user funnels and analytics.
  • Audience segmentation experience to reach main KPI´s (Reach, Click to Rate, Conversion)
  • Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing
