What you'll do:

As a Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Working closely with our product teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our business by proactively identifying opportunities and guiding growth through data-driven analysis. Drive Decisions with Data

  • Extract, clean, and manipulate data using SQL and Python

  • Conduct analyses to support data-driven decision-making

  • Apply statistical research to uncover trends and guide business strategy

  • Work with tools like Databricks for large-scale data processing

  • Provide strategic insights that support product and business growth

Presentation and Reports

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and BI reports using Power BI

  • Create clear, concise, and impactful presentations using PowerPoint

  • Translate complex data into compelling stories through visual storytelling

  • Monitor and report on key metrics that support business performance

Communication with Different Stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

  • Present insights in a clear and actionable way for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed) in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.)

  • Experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis

  • Experience working with Databricks

  • Solid knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent English

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
