About the Role
The data analyst is responsible for providing actionable, data-driven insights to optimize the loyalty program. This role requires a solid understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling techniques, and experience in interpreting data to guide loyalty strategies.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of dashboards and KPIs creation, leveraging your knowledge of SQL
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from the loyalty program to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide analytical support for special projects and initiatives related to the loyalty program, such as new product launches or marketing campaigns
- Analyze data to identify the best approach for building dashboards and defining relevant KPIs
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their business needs
- Design visually appealing and intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate analysis and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies and experiments to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
- Take initiative in leading projects and driving the strategic vision of the analytics team
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related data field;
- Strong experience in analytics;
- Required strong proficiency in SQL and experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or others;
- Desired experience with statistical analysis and experimental design;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders;
