Role
As a Mid-Level Product Designer at TaDa, you will be part of the team responsible for the concept and creation of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) solutions, focusing on checkout and post-purchase experiences, user experience, and interface design that connects our app to millions of customers across 10 countries (so far!). You will collaborate with product designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders from various countries to turn ideas into engaging and effective experiences. You are expected to think empathetically from the user's perspective, be customer-oriented, work collaboratively, and continuously seek to improve the delivered experience.

What you'll do:

 

  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and commercial stakeholders to build TaDa’s digital customer experience.
  • Work with other designers to explore, propose, test, and refine UX solutions, actively participating in feedback loops to improve the quality of deliverables.
  • Take part in discovery processes with the product team, iterate on ideas, and support the development of products and features with a strong focus on user empathy.
  • Contribute to strategic artifacts such as customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Support the evolution of products from concept to launch, contributing to continuous improvements.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and team discussions to identify opportunities and generate new ideas.

What you'll need:

 

  • Relevant experience in digital product design, with a proven track record of end-to-end deliveries and a degree in a related field. 
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
  • Availability to travel to TaDa markets such as Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, etc.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with iterative deliveries based on qualitative and quantitative data. Analytical thinking is essential.
  • Ability to map flows, prototype interactions, and solve problems with a user-centered approach across different platforms.
  • Product thinking to contribute to decisions and deliveries aligned with business and user needs.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and collaborative ideation and validation processes.
  • Organization and autonomy to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with marketplaces or large-scale digital products.
  • Familiarity with checkout and post-purchase flows.
  • Knowledge of customer retention and engagement strategies.
  • Reading, writing, and conversational skills in Spanish.
