About the role:
We’re seeking an Associate Product Designer (Junior-Level) to join our BEES Design team. You’ll support the entire Design Team by updating graphical assets and prototypes for products and leadership presentations. You will also help build user-centered experiences that drive real impact across all BEES Products, from Discovery to Development. If you enjoy thinking strategically, creating scalable solutions, and collaborating with other designers to deliver simple, efficient, and inclusive experiences, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with experienced designers in an agile environment, with room to propose, test, and deliver solutions at scale.
What you'll do:
- Help map and design journeys within BEES ecosystem, focusing on usability, clarity, and conversion.
- Support design teams on creating and updating flows, prototypes, and interfaces based on data, research, and usability best practices, drawing from sources like Baymard Institute and Nielsen Norman Group.
- Participate on discovery workshops and co-creation dynamics to map opportunities and prioritize solutions.
- Support definition of success metrics and hypothesis validation.
- Collaborate with UX Writing, UX Research, Product, and Engineering to ensure cohesive solutions.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system with scalable, consistent, and accessible components.
- Take part in design rituals like critiques, reviews, and feedback sessions.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Design, Product Design, or Industrial Design.
- Hands-on experience as a Associate Product Designer (Junior level) working with digital products (web and/or mobile).
- Experience in creating polished presentations, using storytelling techniques and illustrations.
- Solid understanding of UX, UI, prototyping, and usability best practices.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Family (Photoshop / Illustrator), and familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Maze, or similar.
- Ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions using data, benchmarks, and empathy for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other Designers.
- Intermediate or advanced English for global collaboration.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with discovery frameworks, product metrics, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Previous experience on using and collaborating with Design Systems and Documentation.
- Solid illustration background.
