About the team:

Our Security Team is at the forefront of protecting and securing our systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices, and continuously learning and evolving to stay ahead of emerging threats. Our emphasis extends to data privacy, seamlessly integrating it into our security initiatives.
About the role:
As the Enterprise IT Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and advancing the company’s internal IT infrastructure, with a focus on scalability, security, and efficiency. In this role, you will lead a team of IT professionals, guiding them in building and maintaining an enterprise-class environment leveraging SaaS and Cloud solutions. You will manage a diverse technology stack, with an emphasis on Google Workspace, Azure AD, Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Unifi network solutions. Your role will also encompass ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC2 standards, contributing to a secure and reliable IT environment.
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience with office network and security infrastructure, including wifi, firewall, and door access systems.
- Familiarity with network security best practices and endpoint protection.
- Project management and IT strategy skills with experience in implementing hands-on large-scale IT projects.
- Advanced knowledge of SaaS tools and automation for improved IT efficiency.
- Relevant certifications in IT management, security, or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CGEIT, CISA, Azure Solutions Architect).
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of antivirus solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM solutions.
- Knowledge of user request and approval tools.
- Experience managing PCI DSS and ISO 27001 certifications.
