What You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be supporting many facets of multiple brand websites including footwear, apparel and intimate apparel categories. Your insights will drive decisions that enhance user experience, maximize conversion rates, and increase overall sales performance. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact the growth of our digital business and contribute to shaping the customer journey on our ecommerce platform.
What You'll Be Working On
Ecommerce:
- Establish key relationships with third party ecommerce partners including fraud, package protection and returns solutions.
- Aid in technical and onsite SEO strategies in conjunction with content specialists.
- Support QA for feature and bug fixes with product and development teams.
- Ensure legal site content is updated including privacy policy, terms and conditions and cookie settings.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on e-commerce performance and provide actionable insights to senior management and external partners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify trends in consumer behavior.
Conversion Optimization:
- Lead content personalization of onsite assets in conjunction with merchandising team. Manage planning calendar, campaign setup, and share results with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Product team to support A/B testing roadmap. Develop hypotheses, identify key metrics, and report on test results, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Analyze user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify friction points and opportunities for improving the online conversion funnel.
- Partner with Product team on site enhancement / features roadmap.
Product Catalog Optimization:
- Manage reviews platform, identifying trends in product feedback. Share with merchandising and customer service teams to influence future product development and customer experience.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams on navigation updates, collection buildouts, and promotion support
- Brief and build custom landing pages for featured shops and stories
Must Haves
- 4 - 7 years of experience.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms. Shopify knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalized marketing techniques.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce environment. Portfolio experience across multiple sites is a plus.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices, user experience principles, and digital merchandising strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple high priority projects and deadlines.
Primary Location Salary Range:
$100,000 - $110,000
