ABI Growth includes the following business lines: BEES (our business-to-business e-commerce and SaaS business, also focused on new technologies), TaDa and Ze Delivery (our direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses), and several other high-tech divisions, including fintech and venture capital.

What you'll do: 

  • Use SQL and Python to query, clean, and analyze large datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the data used in reporting.
  • Transform analytical findings into compelling narratives that connect data insights with business strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design, model, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions, including data modeling, understanding Power BI DAX calculations, report building, and interactive dashboards that drive business decision-making.
  • Apply best practices in data visualization and user-centric design to deliver impactful, intuitive, and actionable dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with international teams as part of a global project, leveraging advanced English communication skills to ensure alignment, standardization, and knowledge sharing across regions.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, actionable insights under tight deadlines with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. 

What you'll need: 

  • BA/BS/MS in Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
  • Advanced SQL expertise for analysis and modeling.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Proficiency in statistical methods (hypothesis testing, regression, time series, clustering, classification).
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into insightful, visually compelling, and actionable reports.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, highly collaborative, and capable of delivering under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to tailor the message for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of data visualization best practices, design principles, and user-centric dashboards.
