Global Talent Acquisition Manager

We are currently looking to bring onboard a Global Talent Acquisition Manager based in Athens. Our Global TA Manager will play a critical role in shaping our talent strategy and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent for executive and key leadership positions across our global operations. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive recruitment, team leadership, and a deep understanding of global recruitment practices.

What you will focus on:

  • Sourcing – be an expert in sourcing hard-to-fill Director+ positions and finding the best talent in PropTech through using innovative sourcing methods including utilizing an agile sourcing methodology globally
  • Talent Pooling – build diverse talent pools through effective targeting and talent pipelining of both passive and active candidates. Partner with external recruiting agencies, top business schools and university alumni, while keeping DEI best practices in mind through every part of the Talent Attraction process
  • Be a Blueground Ambassador - Get people excited about Blueground and match great talent to great opportunities. You will often be the first person that someone talks to from Blueground, so you need to be great at understanding what motivates them and match their motivations with the many benefits of working here.
  • Global Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global talent acquisition team. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes continuous learning and improvement. Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s business goals. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence to drive continuous improvement. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and networks.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in executive recruitment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successfully leading and developing talent acquisition teams.
  • Deep understanding of global recruitment practices, trends, and challenges.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and platforms.
  • Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with our tools/systems: Applicant Tracking System, Google Suite and Slack.
