WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs that support Box’s growth and scalability goals. We are growing and expanding our business models worldwide. In this role you will drive programs that help Box achieve these goals in a thoughtful way that both simplifies and improves our operational efficiency. You will work closely with teams that span Box and our partners such as Finance, Legal, People, Compliance, and IT among others.
We are a small, close-knit team rooted in an agile and fast paced environment. We cover multiple projects are able to pivot across projects of varying complexity and stakeholders. We strive to provide positive outcomes and experiences for Box, Boxers, and our partners at all times.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and partners to drive programs including new system implementations, consolidation, process improvement or enablement

Create project plans, manage risks, issues, and escalate to leadership when necessary

Strong focus on process and process improvement and genuinely care about how works gets done

Establish program governance processes that enable timely decision-making and issue resolution

Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to a broad audience of business and IT stakeholders

Establish common processes and metrics that enable transparent project management and reporting, such as project charters, success metrics, and RAID logs
WHO YOU ARE
Required skills
-
5+ years of project or program management experience
-
Experience working with Agile project management mindset and tools

Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment where collaborating across various teams is expected

Strategic thinker who is also willing to get into details with the team when needed

Experience distilling and presenting complex information effectively to senior management and front line Boxers

Bachelor's degree (highly preferred)
Preferred skills

Project or program management experience in the tech sector

Technical aptitude with SaaS enterprise software (Box, Salesforce, Zuora, Coupa, Workday) a plus

PMP Certification a plus

$109,500 - $137,000 USD
