It’s the billions of files and information flowing across teams, departments, and key business processes every single day: contracts, invoices, employee records, financials, product specs, marketing assets, and more. Our mission is to bring intelligence to the world of content management and empower our customers to completely transform workflows across their organizations. With the combination of AI and enterprise content, the opportunity has never been greater to transform how the world works together and at Box you will be on the front lines of this massive shift.
The big advantage of the Box product is the great opportunity to automate business processes. We are constantly looking for new opportunities to expand our platform in this area and add new functionalities.
WHY BOX NEEDS YOU:
Notifications are a fundamental part of Box’s core platform. They deliver actionable updates to users through various channels, including email, mobile push notifications, and in-app messaging within the Box web application. While much of the core platform operates behind the scenes with little to no frontend exposure, notifications are an exception—users see and interact with them directly. Their purpose is to re-engage users by informing them of important events such as file shares, task assignments, or collaboration invitations, while avoiding notification fatigue.
Notifications serve as a connective tissue across Box’s product ecosystem. Every team at Box either sends or consumes notifications, making this product a critical internal platform that must scale reliably and operate consistently across different workflows and teams.
