This position is based out of our Waltham, MA office 3 days a week. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, the Compensation Analyst is a trusted execution partner, responsible for compensation analysis and administration.  Primary responsibilities include job matching, market analysis, salary survey submissions, and compensation administration. 

Your impact:

  • Benchmarks jobs against survey and internal data
  • Support annual compensation planning cycles including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive programs
  • Advise on compensation offers for new hires and promotions
  • Ensure compensation programs remain aligned with industry regulations and compensation disclosure requirements (FLSA, DOL, CAPDR, etc.)
  • Maintain job architecture
  • Regularly audit employee data for accuracy
  • Work closely with People team, Finance, and Department Managers to provide
  • Generate reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis
  • Proactively share insights into compensation market trends
  • Participates in other People team projects and programs as needed
  • Brings ideas of how to improve processes

About you:

  • 2+ Years of compensation experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • HRIS experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer centric attitude
