About the Position

The Global Payroll Administrator is responsible for supporting the day to day execution of payroll administrative activies in accordance with Energey Exemplar’s  global payroll deadlines and regularoty framework.

• Key responsibilities of Global Payroll Administrator:
• End to end payroll administration activities for APAC and EMEA region
• Execution of inputs preparation for all regions (monthly and fortnightly)
• Meeting deadlines for payroll changes submissions
• Posting of PEO and ICA invoices to accounting software (Netsuite)
• Data entry for NEST (UK Pension portal)
• Administrative activies of employees’ expense claim portal (Navan)
• Supporting payroll ADHOC tasks and projects as assigned by International Payroll Manger

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

• Experience in payroll processing
• Excellent attention to details
• Experience working in a medium or large global organisation
• Intermediate skills in Excel
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in accounting software such Netsuite or ADP Celergo is desired but not essential
