About the team:
The Marketing team scales our brands efficiently combining creative with data analytics, managing all marketing channels to drive brand growth. They continually build & execute a 360 marketing plan for both marketplace brands and direct-to-consumer brands.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Associate with an established track record in social media and influencer marketing. You will be assisting our social media team on their varied tasks, especially our Influencer Marketing Lead/Manager. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, extremely competitive, creative, and has commendable communication skills.
What you will do:
- Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
- Manage end-to-end paid influencer campaigns including influencers selection for various social media channels (Instagram, TikTok and YouTube), content creation, campaign tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
- Identify and engage with influencers who align with the brand's values & audience.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to maintain consistent partnerships.
- Negotiate rates and contracts and manage influencers based on budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance, including tracking key metrics like views, sales, and ROI.
- Develop and implement TikTok Shop affiliate marketing campaigns to promote products, enhance brand awareness, and drive conversions.
- Provide regular reports and updates on campaigns performance to senior management, including key learnings, successes, and areas of improvement.
- Assist the team in creating monthly and annual influencer marketing strategies.
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content.
- Stay up to date with social media platforms new features, trends, and updates to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest tools and strategies.
Who you are:
- With at least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on social media platforms, ideally Instagram and TikTok
- Experience in e-commerce, especially TikTok shop would be a plus
- Should have worked in large-scale campaigns and audience engagement
- Well-versed with social media account management tools
- Good knowledge and understanding of US-culture/market
- Detail-oriented and focused
