As the Bilingual Learning Systems Coordinator, you provide the first point of contact for technical systems in support of Lightspeed’s learning management system (LMS) and integrated learning technology solutions. You will support and maintain the content, assets, and other resources used for learning within the LMS. You are the primary system administrator for Lightspeed’s LMS and oversee the installation of all system updates and upgrades, as well as tools and software integrated with the LMS. Additionally, you support the overall Learning Analytics strategy through identification of optimal ways to leverage the LMS and supportive tools for key data insights. Success in this role requires you to be a highly energetic self-starter with a demonstrated background and understanding in both LXPs and LMS’.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize Lightspeed’s LMS functionality, appearance, and settings.
  • Track, monitor, and report on organizational training metrics, building dashboards with key data insights.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process and quality improvements.
  • Develop and update resources to train and support learners and super users on how to interface with the LMS and integrated learning technology solutions (e.g., LinkedIn Learning).
  • Develop and manage user structures including the creation of user groups and curated learning collections or paths to optimize the assignments of role-specific training.
  • Develop, update, and deliver standardized tools and reports for ongoing stakeholder access to learning information to include generation of standard and custom reporting.
  • Manage and track training completion for required/mandatory and non-mandatory training including the 1% training law.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity of LMS, checking alignment with HRIS data.
  • Analyze reporting data and provide recommendations to leadership and stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Leverage vendor relationships to ensure regular updates and/or integrations of the LMS.
  • Manage communications launched from or on behalf of the LMS.
  • Serve as point of escalation and troubleshoot LMS issues related to user access, user data, or system functionality.

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • 1-3+ years experience as an LMS Administrator.
  • 1-3+ years managing learning databases and learning analytics.
  • Fluent in both english and french
  • Experience working with stakeholders on LMS and content library projects.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and quality of systems.
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong problem solving skills with ability to proactively identify recommendations.
  • Natural collaborator with the ability to form effective working relationships with people at all levels of the organization - both within and outside the People & Culture team.
  • Strong communication skills- both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
  • Proven ability to easily adapt quickly to changing priorities.
