Role: Snr Social Media Manager & Community Manager
Location: Lisbon,Portugal ( Hybrid 2 days in office and 3 days remote )
About the role:
As the Hybrid Social Media & Community Manager, you are the dynamic voice of our client and their brands across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating and nurturing vibrant communities while proactively engaging with audiences. Your strategic insight will drive key campaigns and ensure best-in-class service, supporting both client and agency teams.
What you will be doing:
- Community Management: Preparing editorial calendars, content planning, and performance analysis for Portuguese brands.
- Community Engagement: Act as the brand's voice, engaging with consumers across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok. Publish both proactive and reactive content to stay connected with audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse community metrics, report on performance, and suggest content optimization strategies based on data insights and user feedback.
- Social Media Activation: Develop and implement innovative activation plans for client brands across relevant social media platforms such as Meta and TikTok. Your strategies will aim to build robust communities and meet business targets, while aligned with the global brand strategies
- Best Practices & Trends: Stay ahead of social media trends and recommend best practices and innovative strategies that leverage platform-specific features for maximum impact. - Content Strategy: Craft inventive, attention
- Grabbing posts that align with brand standards. Identify user-generated content opportunities and develop engaging FAQs to maintain relevance and grow communities.
- Collaboration & Creation: Work with community managers and designers to develop captivating social assets. Build annual and monthly content calendars, manage briefing workflows, and ensure timely content delivery.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent in Portuguese & English
- Experience with social media management tools and an in-depth understanding of paid media and influencer roles.
- Food experience is advantageous, reflecting your keen interest in digital trends and popular culture.
- Nice to have but not mandatory, fluent in Spanish
