About the role:
What you will be doing:
- Spearhead the development of innovative concepts for digital campaigns, working collaboratively with art directors and cross-functional teams.
- Deliver insightful and persuasive copy aligned with strategic goals and brand voice.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and streamline processes, improving overall efficiency.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions and inspiring the team.
- Create and present polished creative presentations, articulating ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, digital innovations, and AI advancements to ensure fresh and relevant content.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and ensuring the highest quality of copywriting.
- Manage multiple complex projects, maintaining consistency and clarity across all written materials.
What you need to be great in this role:
- A robust portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and diverse writing styles.
- Extensive experience in digital and agency environments, with a proven track record of impactful work.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in creative processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a creative team.
- Detail-oriented and committed to excellence and innovation.
