Account Executive, Ticketing
About the Role:
Reporting to: Account Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive who can thrive in a team environment but is also a self-starter who can work independently. The role includes market and guest communications, ticket and hospitality asset management and guest programme planning and delivery across the UCL season and finals for a high-profile client.
The successful candidate will be joining a creative and dynamic team and supporting ongoing projects. Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Dedicated email inbox management; responding to clients, market contacts, and key stakeholders in a timely manner
- Liaising with clients and rights holders on ticket and hospitality allocation and requests
- Management of tickets and hospitality assets through the ticketing and guest management system, including, but not limited to, drafting copy; updating imagery; managing inventory, requests, and approvals; and sending out guest invitations and managing RSVPs
- Support with in-season tracking of ticket allocations, financial tracking, billing, and reporting
- Regular stakeholder calls, producing status reports, meeting notes and actions to ensure that the project is kept on track
Desired Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong use of MS Office, in particular: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to recognise and prioritise tasks
- Ability to work both as an independent agent and as a member of a team
- Proactive mindset and can-do attitude
- Sports industry experience is ideal, but not essential
- Agency experience is ideal, but not essential
- Administration experience ideal, but not essential
- Experience in event and ticketing management ideal, but not essential
- Experience in guest communications ideal, but not essential
You need to have the ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel, on-site at events and some weekend work.
This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.
