Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales

Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
The Role:
This role is a key enabler in helping Razorpay’s merchant ecosystem succeed by leveraging Razorpay’s marketing stack to drive user acquisition and boost transactions. The role involves managing a contextualized rewards ecosystem across various formats, including discount offers, promotions, and advertisements, while building strategic partnerships and ensuring strong P&L ownership of rewards and ads for their growth marketing suite - Razorpay Engage, which will help businesses acquire, retain, and revive customers through intelligent payment-driven engagement strategies. Engage enables brands to create personalized incentives, targeted offers, and loyalty programs. With solutions like Wallet as a Service, Offers Engine, and Rewards Marketplace, businesses can seamlessly integrate engagement into their customer journey.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Merchant Alliances & Partnerships:
- Be a part of the Merchant Alliances team to identify, close and manage partnerships with enterprise merchants across industries and geographies, while maintaining a healthy pipeline of enterprise merchants across categories.
- Drive rewards aggregation across multiple formats, including discount offers, banner ads, gift cards, memberships, cashback, and reward points.
- Expand rewards distribution across various publishing channels to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Design and implement tactical rewards programs for customers to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring business growth for offers and advertisements.
- Own initiatives end-to-end, working cross-functionally with Product, Solutions, and Operations teams to optimize, execute, and deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for individual merchant programs and present performance insights to partners.
- Maximize offers and ads-based revenue while maintaining and expanding the merchant rewards catalog.
- Identify new growth opportunities by leveraging market trends and user feedback.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in Growth, Partnerships, or Business Development in Digital Ads & Performance Marketing.
- Strategic Thinking: Prior experience in 0 to 1 product establishment and scaling new initiatives.
- Merchant Partnerships: Demonstrated ability to source, onboard, and manage merchant-funded offers and marketing funnels.
- Program Management: Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects with competing priorities.
- Strong Communication & Relationship Management: Proven ability to forge deep relationships with merchants and drive revenue growth.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, optimize performance, and make informed decisions.
- Technical & Financial Acumen: Understanding of contractual, financial, and operational aspects of the business.
- Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with performance marketing tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to influence Operations, Solutions, and Product teams to drive business priorities.
- Willingness to Travel: Open to travel for merchant and banking partner meetings.
