What You’ll Do
The role of the Key-Accounts Coordinator is to assist with day-to-day account management of Sephora US & Kohl’s with a focus on supporting omnichannel analytics and reporting, product pipeline planning (new product set up, assortment management and order management), visual merchandising (managing plano’s), and marketing requests. Assist in driving retail sales through sales analysis and reporting, exploring opportunities with events, and ensuring marketing and merchandising deliverables are met. Support the Associate Director and Account Manager in executions of strategies, maintaining outstanding relationships with the retailer, and partnering with the cross-functional teams. Support the overall growth of the Sephora US & Kohls businesses by executing both brand strategy and retailer strategy.
What You’ll Be Working On
Iventory Management
• Manage New Product Set up (both internal and with Retailers)
• Manage Launch Calendars, In-Season Calendars and Overall Product Timelines
• Assist in managing VM Files & Assist in Communication with Retailer
• Communicate effectively with Planning partners regarding order management and inventory updates.
• Coordinate with Sales Planning and Sales Ops to understand brand-wide inventory
• Work to ensure inventory is appropriately stocked and replenished for animations, events, and key time periods
• Assist in tracking net sales, identifying opportunity for increased sell-in, and make recommendations for overstocks
Sales Reporting and Analysis
• Track weekly and monthly sales data from all retailers and execute reporting in Microsoft Excel with accuracy, reliability, and consistency
• Analyze and report with company on new launches, mix-of-business, top doors, and regional sku selling for Sephora US & Kohls.
• Identify selling opportunities, track rankings, and provide monthly key highlights
Marketing
• Assist in managing marketing calendar, including all events and sampling initiatives
• Create, submit, and track progress for all marketing and visual merchandising projects
Visual Merchandising
• Support visual account manager, merchandising, marketing, and retailer teams to execute in-store visual merchandising deliverables including design, planograms, timelines, off-shelves such as endcaps/towers/gondola, and corresponding inventory planning and support
• Understand new store openings, including merchandising, inventory, education, events, etc.
• Support Account Manager in ensuring communication with retailer is clear, consistent and timely around VM timelines, deadlines and VM Strategy. Support with retailer VM Asks, requests, updates, feedback while ensuring we represent and do right by SDJ.
• Assist in managing VM Files & Communication with Retailer
Account Support
• Own, create, and update launch and assortment templates and trackers
• Assist with seasonal market and all monthly meeting preparation
• Manage all sku data inclusive of setting up new skus, communicating changes related to skus, and tracking retailer assortments
• In partnership with marketing team and account manager, develop and manage sampling and GWP assortment for retailer
• Ensure all e-comm assortment and assets are accurate and up to date
• Create and project manage all merchandising and marketing work orders
• Manage gratis and samples for retailers and assist in executing sampling delivery for events
Must Haves
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Located in NYC Metro Area with ability to go into office up to 3 times week.
• 2+ years in sales analysis, account management, logistics or planning.
• Experience working in beauty industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability; attention to detail and organizational/time management skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skill required; experience working with partners in finance, accounting and logistics preferred.
• Ability to work with data from multiple sources and interpret the data to provide actionable conclusions.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.

Salary Range
$65,000 - $70,000 USD
