We seek an individual who is go getter, innovative, enthusiastic about technology, driven by career advancement, and eager to evolve alongside us. If you have a penchant for ambitious thinking, taking initiative, achieving success collectively, and leaving a positive impact, we would love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency across complex multi-cloud environments.
  • Architect and guide the deployment of cloud-native and hybrid cloud solutions, collaborating with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to align technical strategy with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a technical authority for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Kubernetes environments, offering architectural direction and mentoring junior team members.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for cloud application architecture, infrastructure design, automation, and security, with adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.

  • Supervise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and privileged access controls, ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access across enterprise cloud platforms.
  • Lead complex cloud migrations from on-premises environments, ensuring seamless transitions, minimal downtime, and post-migration support and validation.
  • Enable and mature multi-cloud strategies, establishing interoperability and unified monitoring, governance, and security posture across Azure, AWS, GCP, and other platforms.
  • Design and manage virtual networks and hybrid connectivity in global cloud environments, ensuring resilience, security, and performance at scale.
  • Provide expert-level support for cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware vSphere, Windows, Linux, and Unix systems.
  • Drive incident resolution and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related tickets, ensuring SLAs are met and long-term fixes are implemented.
  • Contribute to the development of internal standards, documentation, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and infrastructure reliability

Who You Are:

  • A highly motivated and strategic cloud leader with the ability to guide architecture, mentor team members, and drive initiatives across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and cloud engineering, with a proven track record of managing and scaling enterprise cloud environments.
  • Deep expertise in Azure (preferred), along with working knowledge of AWS and GCP.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud security, IAM, and governance, including experience with privileged access management and compliance frameworks.
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale migration and modernization projects, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and cloud-native deployments.
  • Proven ability to design and manage multi-cloud architectures, addressing interoperability, resilience, and cost-efficiency.
  • Skilled in infrastructure automation, scripting, and CI/CD practices using tools like Terraform, ARM, Bicep, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
