Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and visionary Senior Director of Creative to drive the creative strategy, execution, and innovation across Stanley’s global brand. This executive role requires a bold leader who can develop and scale world-class creative storytelling, visual identity, and consumer engagement at a global enterprise level. You will oversee design, production and creative copywriting to craft the brand’s future by delivering best-in-class experiences across all consumer touch points.
This role reports to Stanley 1913’s VP, Global Brand Marketing and is based in Seattle, WA.
On-site presence and travel will be required to support business needs.
What You'll Do
Strategic Creative Leadership
- Define and implement an enterprise-level creative vision that positions Stanley as a leading global lifestyle brand.
- Oversee and shape brand storytelling, content strategy, and creative execution across all consumer engagement channels.
- Establish and maintain brand consistency across all global platforms, ensuring a unified and compelling consumer experience.
- Apply consumer insights, market trends, and cultural shifts to drive forward-thinking creative strategies.
Enterprise-Level Content & Design Innovation
- Lead the development of next-generation visual content, including digital, social, experiential, packaging, and retail.
- Drive innovation in creative execution, using AI, new media, and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate and refine brand identity, packaging, UX, and omnichannel experiences to elevate the brand’s perception.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between creative vision and business objectives.
Creative Operations & Team Leadership
- Encourage, mentor, and develop an outstanding in-house creative team, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Improve operational efficiencies in creative execution by defining clear goals, timelines, and performance measures.
- Own and manage the annual creative budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Build and nurture partnerships with global agencies, production partners, and creative vendors to expand creative capabilities.
Who You Are
- A senior creative executive with a proven track record of driving brand transformation and global creative leadership.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- A strategic and creative powerhouse who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- 15+ years of creative leadership experience with expertise in global brand storytelling, content creation, and omnichannel marketing.
- 10+ years of experience leading and developing high-performance creative teams at a senior level.
- Deep knowledge of consumer culture, design trends, and digital innovation to future-proof brand creative strategies.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Smartsheet, DAM tools, and presentation platforms.
- Experience in AI, immersive digital experiences, and experiential marketing is a plus.
The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range
$200,000 - $230,000 USD
