The Role
The Partner Success Team creates and sustains supportive relationships with our public safety partners. Everything we do originates from our desire to support the needs of our partner agencies so that they are capable and empowered to achieve the mission of serving faithfully and saving lives.
Partner Success Managers (PSM) create and support meaningful relationships with their assigned partner agencies to drive value, reduce/manage churn, and get to renewal. The Partner Success Team Manager takes a comprehensive approach to supporting the PSMs as they execute the achievement of driving value, renewal, and avoidance of churn for each assigned partner agency account.
What You’ll Do
A Partner Success Team Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the Partner Success Team, from building processes to developing scalability for partner agency support and sustained growth in applying strategies optimized in a customer-first manner.
- Engage with the PSM assigned to each business unit to discuss upcoming contract renewals for all products, including multi-year and full contracts
- Focus on renewals in Salesforce and provide support for PSMs regarding any blocks or issues related to product use or renewal complications
- Confers dynamically with the Vice President of Partner Success
- Support data-led models of the customer journey, ensuring all PSMs are aligned on it
- In cooperation with the Director of Partner Success, determine the metrics, health scores, and KPIs relevant to each account, the entire PS Team, and where they align with the Versaterm Public Safety ecosystem
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to support strategies across the Versaterm ecosystem and increase ROI
What you Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Customer Success Manager or leading a customer success team with a proven performance
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to hold executive-level internal and external conversations that drive business and move relationships forward
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and a mastery-level use of Salesforce
- Strong working knowledge of the business units, products, and services, as well as sales objectives and customer retention goals
- Must be a well-organized, self-directed leader who exhibits the willingness to work cooperatively in a team culture, has a resourceful mindset, and can hold difficult yet constructive conversations with a strong problem-solving aptitude
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
