We’re looking for a creative and strategic mind to join Wolt’s Regional Marketing team in Germany as a Marketing Specialist, Influencer and Social Media. Our mission is to paint Germany blue and strengthen Wolt’s brand recognition across the country. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing influencer and social media marketing strategies that drive growth across both organic and performance channels. Working closely with our in-house brand and performance marketing teams, as well as creative agencies, you’ll shape how Wolt shows up on different social media platforms and build lasting relationships with creators across Germany.
What you’ll be doing
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
- The role is responsible for developing and implementing Wolt’s influencer and social media marketing strategy and messaging, including budget planning, campaign execution, and measurement.
- You will manage our different influencers’ verticals: brand influencers, performance influencers, UGC, and dark posting.
- In close collaboration with Restaurant & Verticals Marketing, Partnerships, Performance Marketing, and Growth teams, you will lead activations with restaurant, retail, and enterprise partners. You’ll track and analyze performance, ensure smooth cross-functional alignment, and use insights to optimize future influencer and social strategies.
- You will prepare and deliver campaign briefings, reviewing and approving influencer and social media content against KPIs and brand guidelines. For that, you will manage the influencer and social media marketing agency to oversee their deliverables.
- Regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams will ensure alignment and impact across the business.
- In order to be successful, you will understand the Wolt brand, its tone, and market specifics, while learning internal processes, cross-team collaboration, and our tools for reporting and optimization on the job. Our humble expectations:
- Up-to-date expertise in social media formats across all major platforms, with a strong understanding of the latest trends, creators, and influencer landscape, as well as established contacts in the industry.
- The ideal candidate brings experience in influencer marketing strategy and social media content production, campaign management, content evaluation, and budget planning with multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in developing and executing influencer strategies, managing campaigns, and working with creators.
- Content evaluation skills: Ability to review influencer content and ensure it aligns with KPIs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
- Experience with performance influencers: sourcing, management, measurements, and optimization.
- Budget ownership: Demonstrated experience in planning and managing campaign and agency budgets across multiple timeframes (yearly, quarterly, monthly).
- Collaboration and coordination: Proven track record of working cross-functionally with marketing, marketing partnerships, and performance teams, as well as external agencies.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Communication skills: Skilled at preparing clear briefings, aligning and updating stakeholders, and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
