What you'll do:
- Manage catalog information within BEES Customer, ensuring organization, accuracy, and accessibility to deliver a consistent, high-quality user experience.
- Implement and ensure adherence to taxonomy guidelines across zones, collaborating closely with market teams to optimize product categorization and navigation.
- Coordinate with third-party teams to audit taxonomy adherence, assessing if zones’ categorizations align with established guidelines and best practices.
- Review, approve, or reject product information and category update requests from zones and partners, maintaining catalog integrity and uniformity throughout the app.
- Contribute strategically to catalog evolution, staying up to date on best practices in taxonomy and UX to implement improvements that enhance BEES user satisfaction and usability.
What you'll need:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure information consistency and categorization accuracy.
- Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to work with various regions and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills and strategic vision to evaluate catalog changes’ impact on the user experience.
- Experience in catalog management, taxonomy, or information organization in a digital setting, preferably in e-commerce or B2B.
- Knowledge of UX principles and familiarity with catalog management tools are a plus.
- Advanced English is important, Spanish is desirable
- Previous Experience with either SQL or Python for databricks.
