About the Role
The Commercial Performance & Revenue Management function is responsible for assessing the commercial and financial results of our business and guiding leadership on risks and opportunities across all ABI markets. We monitor ABI performance on a short-term (daily) and long-term (10-year plan) range, developing deep commercial and financial knowledge of each market to inform GHQ leaders and help set their strategy for future initiatives related to portfolio management, pricing, and investment. We are a highly visible team that works directly with the Chief Growth Officer on a daily basis.
What you'll do:
- Delivery of C-level global commercial performance reports, including daily volume and weekly trends direct to SLT members
- Deliver on ad hoc requests relating to volume performance (rate of sale, buyers, distribution, market share) and net revenue per hectoliter (price, mix)
- Build PowerBI dashboards using our internal sales data and external syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, etc.)
- Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to feature development and maintenance of our global commercial database
- Partner with BrewDat to build and maintain our data infrastructure, including test, development, automation, and release processes improvement
- Follow best development practices to achieve continuous improvement
- Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals
- Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions
What you'll need:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics or related field
- Fluency in English
- Advanced knowledge in Power BI
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Knowledge in coding/programming languages including SQL, Python
- Ability to build compelling visuals in PowerBI
- Ability to deliver on tight timelines and move quickly while maintaining attention to detail
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on decisions.
- Ability to learn new methodologies, adapt to business needs, and to prioritize business goals
- Organized with the ability to work in a self-guided manner, but knows when to ask for help
- Superb communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with a general love of problem solving
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Open to international travel (1-2 times per year)
