About the Role
The Commercial Performance & Revenue Management function is responsible for assessing the commercial and financial results of our business and guiding leadership on risks and opportunities across all ABI markets. We monitor ABI performance on a short-term (daily) and long-term (10-year plan) range, developing deep commercial and financial knowledge of each market to inform GHQ leaders and help set their strategy for future initiatives related to portfolio management, pricing, and investment. We are a highly visible team that works directly with the Chief Growth Officer on a daily basis.
What you'll do:
- Building visualizations in PowerBI for consumption by senior global audiences
- Synthesizing large amounts of data into organized and scalable models
- Building the commercial master data management program for global SKUs and customers
- Collaborating with local teams to understand their performance and key initiatives
- Communicating commercial results to senior leadership on a weekly/monthly basis
- Helping the team build new data pipelines with BrewDat to access sell-in and sell-out data
- Maintaining the integrity of existing databases, models, and reports
- Preparing ad hoc analysis related to market share, pricing, volume performance, and other commercial or financial topics
What you'll need:
- Fluency in English
- A strong understanding of our business and how ABI markets perform relative to one another
- Strong analytical skills and an interest to expand in this area
- Inquisitiveness to dive deep into problems and determine root causes
- Strong fluency in various coding/programming languages including SQL, Python
- Ability to build compelling visuals in PowerBI
- Strong capability to take large datasets with many dimensions and distill insights to leaders
- Very strong presentation/communication skills
- Cross-cultural skills (role works closely with Zone/GHQ teams worldwide)
