What you'll do:
- Lead the design and execution of advanced analytics initiatives, using Python and SQL for statistical analysis and actionable insight generation that drive strategic business decisions.
- Translate complex datasets and analytical findings into clear, executive-ready narratives and visualizations, enabling leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities, prioritize analytics initiatives, and balance technical feasibility with business impact.
- Develop scalable and robust analytical solutions, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals and can be applied across multiple teams or regions.
- Mentor and guide analytics teams in applying best practices in data analysis, statistical modeling, and effective storytelling to enhance overall analytical maturity.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and adoption of insights across the organization.
What you'll need:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of data storytelling, translating complex analyses into clear narratives that drive strategic decision-making.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous business problems, translating loosely defined requirements into clear analytical approaches and delivering creative, data-driven solutions
- BA/BS/MS in Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related quantitative field.
- Advanced SQL expertise for data extraction, transformation, and preparation.
- Advanced English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods (hypothesis testing, regression, time series, clustering, classification).
- Experience designing and running experiments (A/B testing, causal inference) and translating results into business recommendations.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI), applying visualization best practices to complement advanced analytics outputs.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, highly collaborative, and capable of delivering under tight timelines.
