Role: Inside Sales Engineer
As part of our Sales team, you will provide vital internal support by reviewing engineering drawings, conducting material take-offs, and generating cost proposals. You will also assist with project development and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Your expertise will be essential in driving our success and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Design equipment for engineers and contractors utilizing the manufacturer’s software.
- Review design documents and specifications to provide pricing estimates.
- Create proposals and generate pricing documentation.
- Monitor the status of each project after bid day/follow up with contractors
- Compile submittal documentation based on quoted equipment for engineer/design approval
- Order, process, and track equipment purchasing in conjunction with an internal software sales platform
- Maintain constant and clear communication with clients through all aspects of the construction and fabrication process.
- Compile installation, operation, and maintenance manuals and project closeout documentation.
- Coordinate onsite startup services and technical owner training for sold equipment.
Requirements:
- Ability to problem-solve. Our projects are complex and have many moving parts. The ideal candidate will know how to roll up their sleeves and search for answers.

- Clear communication. You will be interacting with teammates, manufacturers, and clients. Strong written and verbal communication is key.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, or Bluebeam.
- Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred.
- 1 – 2 years in the HVAC industry preferred.
Estimated Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000/yr, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
