Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and client-oriented Project Manager to oversee HVAC projects for a key national account, operating in a remote capacity. This role involves managing multiple projects across the United States—ensuring consistent delivery standards, clear communication with the client, and successful execution from planning through closeout. Direct HVAC experience is beneficial but not required. We welcome candidates with strong project management experience in industrial, commercial, or MEP sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle project management for HVAC installations, retrofits, and upgrades across multiple nationwide customer sites.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a strategic national client, ensuring exceptional service and consistent communication.
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, budgets, and subcontractors across multiple job sites to meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Maintain consistent project documentation, reporting, and performance tracking across all project locations.
  • Standardize workflows and enforce quality, safety, and compliance protocols across geographically dispersed sites.
  • Conduct remote and on-site meetings as needed; travel to key sites for kickoff, inspections, and closeout as required.
  • Manage change orders, risk assessments, and schedule adjustments in coordination with client stakeholders and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience in industrial, commercial, or MEP construction environments.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HVAC systems, mechanical contracting, or energy-efficient technologies is a plus, not a requirement.
  • PMP certification or similar credential.
  • Experience with standardized delivery across national or enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience managing multi-site construction projects or large-scale client portfolios.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
