What You’ll Do

The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing EMEA will manage all regional brand marketing efforts for key brands. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing Lifestyle EMEA, you’ll leverage innovative planning, strategy, and collaboration to build and evolve these brands to breakthrough initiatives in local markets, digital channels, and key retail accounts. You’ll collaborate with peer groups across functions including Brand, Business Development, Creative, Stores, and PR to build and execute 360-degree, integrated marketing programs. You’ll also work directly with global licensing partners and target retail accounts to drive the brand’s strategic vision and execute campaigns that extend from the annual brand plan. 

What you’ll be working on

  • Formulate and implement brand strategy and marketing/digital plans to achieve brand goals and annual financial targets.
  • Execute and manage implementation of 360-degree brand marketing, digital/social, and retail initiatives that drive brand awareness and license partner sales (including campaign activations, creative asset development, public relations, and digital components).
  • Manage consistent, ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring activation plans, execution timelines, deliverables, and accountabilities are clear and aligned with the business. 
  • Participate in brand strategy discussions and planning for all brand partners in EMEA and global HQ; identify target consumer and retail audience; determine tiering needs; analyze consumer trends and market data, identify brand growth opportunities leaning into regional EMEA expertise.
  • Integrate new licensees into the EMEA integrated marketing ecosystem in partnership with global HQ. 
  • Drive planning and execution of new content strategies that drive brand relevance and engages consumers. 
  • Build weekly /bi-weekly analytics, report findings related to EMEA brand performance and opportunities; incorporate into future strategy. Source content inspiration and track competitors’ initiatives.
  • Manage a content calendar to optimize posting schedule and engagement opportunities for brands.
  • Day-to-day social posting and community management across platforms.
  • Plan and manage influencer campaigns on Authentic proprietary influencer software, Winston and execute regional programs.
  • Working both organically and within a given budget, lead execution of influencer and content marketing campaigns to promote across platforms.
  • Moderate user generated content for use across channels and ensures that rights are requested and received from all influencers and users who tag the brands in photos. Coordinate with celebrity image agencies to secure images and rights for social/digital use for all brands.
  • Compile and interpret analytics reporting across owned brands.
  • Manage product need requests for campaigns and influencer seeding for partners within region.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in brand marketing and management; fashion brand marketing experience is required. 
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing in a brand licensing environment.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing 360-degree brand and marketing campaigns, including campaign design, public relations, and digital/social media marketing.
  • Demonstrated success conducting and incorporating detailed analyses into marketing planning and decision making. 
  • Seamless communication skills with strong in-room presentation capabilities. 
  • Must have strong computer proficiency with strength in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Keynote, Squarespace, Adobe suite, and all social media platforms. 
  • Willingness and ability to travel as the role requires.
