Our People Business Partners are responsible for leading the talent agenda together with the leadership, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to bring results and grow our business together. The PBP team will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to develop our workforce demand planning and selecting talent to meet demand. We are constantly evolving based on the business strategy and forecasted needs. 

What you'll do: 

  • Policy Communication and Execution:  
    • Communicate and execute our People policies and procedures.  
  • Talent Management and Development:   
    • Play a key role in employee training, talent management and engagement; 
    • Develop leaders within the organization through mentorship and training delivery. 
  • Legal Compliance and Guidance:  
    • Provide direction on various aspects of employment law employee relations, labor relations, policy interpretation, and disciplinary procedures. 
  • Business Relationship Building:  
    • Build a strong business relationship with the leadership to actively support performance gaps through people solutions. 
  • Proactive Customer Support:   
    • Proactively identify and support internal customer needs. 
  • Responsible for the People Cycle Process (OPR, Rewards, Merit, Bonus validation) and Structure alignments. 

What you'll need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. 
  • English is mandatory as most of our stakeholders are non-portuguese speaker
